Lmo expiration date and ITA received date

I have received the ITA but my lmo is going to expiring in a week , does 600 points still hold good ? am I still eligible till I submit all documents, I am not ready with all documents.

The LMO expiry date only means that you must apply for a work permit before that date. It does not apply to EE, assuming you are already working for that employer and you have a written offer of permanent employment.

yes I have the job offer , I am working on a permanent job.I was not sure if I will loose this point , if I dont submit all documets befor expiration of LMO.

So I guess rule is the time you apply to get into pool for Express entry , you should have a valid LMO to get 600 points.

You are able to apply PR under EE program as long as you have a valid of work permit. You still have additional 600 points.
