LMO exemption or not????????

hi all

i need ur advice as i am confused

i am an IT profession from India. I have already filled my application for PR and received 1st AOR. During my initial application i was not having any job offers from Canada.

But now as per my knowledge if i have some job offer from Canadian Employer do they require to get LMO or not? As i am currently in India. Or this profession is exempted from this procedure?

Please advise because my friend how is in canada told me that he can arrange a job offer letter for me but the employer is not ready for all this government legalities.

u wil not get any point of job offer if it is not approved by HRSDC or LMO

And if u have already acheieved 67 points, ur profession fall under 38 list of occupation and u have applied before 26 june 2010 then u dont need any LMO or AEO

But according to new policy, IT is out now and u wil need job offer but it should be approved by either LMO or HRSDC

job offer without approved by LMO or AEO (HRSDC) is worthless wil not give u any point
