Hi All,
I need a little advise to keep my mind as positive as I can.

There is this blessed company that wants to hire me for a job that really suits my skills as an educated person....

They are looking forward to do the right thing and hire me as skilled worker. They request the LMO twice, and both times it was declined for different reasons. Immigration requested a thousand papers and financial certifications from my (hopefully still future) employer and still was declined.

Now, the good thing is they are still willing to fight for me by trying to apply for a non-skilled LMO...

What are truly my chances to get that one positive, when the other was declined twice already?
If this one come's positive, then the headache of applying for a work permit again...
and when/how do I get my PR? I want to be free!!!

I feel like my clock is ticking.... I already have a life here and it is not fair that by doing the right thing everything goes wrong!

I am anxious to start my new job. We've been back and forth for more than 7 months!!! .... they begin the search for a new professional with plenty of time in advance, now they need me ASAP.... what can I do???

Any recommendations?

Please, I need to stay focus and positive. So Also I would appreciate if you guys can share some similar stories, with a happy ending! :)

What were/are the "different" reasons for the decline??

If the reason(s) for the decline is not addressed, you will not have a chance of getting positive LMO.

bOSS,Mention HERE all the reasons of rejection on both LMO.I wud like to see. This is very much clear that all reasons must be addresses before re-applying.In my case already one time they have rejected for following reasons:-No concrete efforts done for hiring canadian citizen,Salary offered is less.
Now my company has re-applied and lets see the result next month.

This is a brief of my story:
I've been in Canada since 2011, first as a student (had a financial problem and was forced to quit, so I look for a job)... then as a non-skilled worker for a horrible-mean-abusive-small-company (the worst experience of my entire life!! and still stick with them)... :'(

the thing is, Now there is this blessed company that wants to hire me for a job that really suits my skills as an educated person....
