Hello,

I am currently working in an architectural consultancy as an architectural technician in Montreal. I have post graduation work permit which was issued on May 2014. I have been working in same consultancy from more that 2 years. But before I was on part time basis as I was in school. But recently I started as full time. On this circumstances, do I require LMO? I am thinking of applying for residency on Canadian Experience Class (CEC) after I complete my 1 year minimum work experience. If I require LMO, what should I do?

And if I am to apply for CEC, what are the documents I should have?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

If you are on a Post graduate work permit (PGWP) you don't need a LMO. Since you are in Quebec, and if you apply for residency under CEC, you will have to prove to the case officers that you are planning to live anywhere except the province of Quebec.

Thank you for such a fast reply. Due respect, but I was wondering if you could direct me to some links where I can read about it.

And what are the necessary documents I need to provide for CEC application?

Thanks again.
