I received a LMIA from an third party for a job in Canada and I want to check if it's real or fake.
LMIA Confirmation Number#9638390889
- Employer ID: 67980***
- Job Title / NOC: 94111 Machine operators
- Number of positions: 28
- Work Permit start date: 12/10/2026 – 11/10/2028
- Language: French (Oral)
- The letter was sent directly to me (with my name and ID) from third party , not to the employer.
- It contains full Work Permit details and dates (is this normal?).
- The LMIA number has 10 digits.
- I found the same number posted on this forum on January 30, 2026.
- Is this LMIA real or fake?
