Do you have job offer with LMIA?

Yes, I received my job offer in the month of May 2022. But, still I didn't receive the LMIA approval. In mean while my job has again posted in Job Bank Canada, I don't know why they again posted in that website.

So has your employer even applied for the LMIA if they are still posting the job. Job offer means nothing.

The process to get an LMIA is below. The employer must continue to advertise the job until the LMIA is approved.
