It depends on several things including which province the jobs is in, if it's a skilled NOC (A, B or 0) and whether the employer has made you a written permanent job offer (i.e. guaranteed you'll have a job for at least a year after you become a PR).
Even with job offer you still have to meet other requirements such as having at least one year of full time paid work experience, completing a language test, etc.
