LMIA ?

Hello

I am now in Canada under the IEC WH program, i found an employeer that is willing to help me , i finished the it school in Poland i have an it technician diploma i have 1 year of full time work exp in IT from Poland now i work in Canada as an IT tech, my title is in NOC classification under B section. Is there any way that my employeer can help me with this and not only apply for an LMIA but somehow inform CIC that he is willing to hire me permanently and he does not want other candidats ?. The company is big corpo it is in Canada for over 20 years, HQ is in Tokoy, So is there any other way to stay here is LMIA or EE ?

yeah you can apply for LMIA if that company is willing to provide you the required documents and everything
