Hi everyone,
My company has 2 partners one is Director and other is President of the company.I going to apply for Lmia but they need employers contact.Everywhere like company T4 or any financial document its Directors contact number or SIN but hes not good in communication. Is it any problem if I gave Presidents number?
Thanks in advance

I don't think could be a problem use the President as contact

Not personal experience, my LMO was processed by my company HR and some inmigration lawyer services, so really I don't know.

As far I could see under the link below CIC is not asking for some specific person, just a company representative.

Every company has his own management system, so I don't think CIC will ask for a Director to sign the application, just a valid representative, and the President should be it

Let see if someone with experience knows it.
