Question. I have low skilled LMIA and am working here in Canada for three years. Will I get any points for that or LMIA has to be skilled 0, A or B only?

LMIA has to be skill 0, A or B. We are actually in same boat. my employer already started postition advertisement. Praying to be approved ASAP.

No, as it is low skill.

So you want to tell me that it matters if you have family here like aunts, brothers, sisters or cousins but it doesnt matter that someone is here for couple years, working and dont need any help as well as extra money?

Wow it is stupid if it is true.

What if my employer issue a letter that they will hire me as a skilled employee? Can i call it "arranged employment"? Or arranged employment=LMIA? If yes, it is stupie either cause it's obvious i will leave truck as soon as i get PR.

1, No a promise of job is not sufficient, your employer would have to apply for a LMIA.
2. As an aside note the first word in TWP, it is TEMPORARY

Where did I ask about temporary status? I know what that means you dont need to copy what you have read on other web sites where frustrated lazy molsons are complaining about immgrants. Its not a century of slavery and we both know we didnt sacrifice 4 years of life to be treated like trashes when somebdy needs some more voters.

I asked what is the difference between having any relatives here which can provide a support when you will be granted PR and be here, work here and be financialy stable yet. For me second option is a huge advantage. Besides if it is necessary to get certified translations of my diplomas and provided agencies are only here in Canada, who has easier?

It is like a maze but i find there are more than one exit to reach a goal.

1. With your attitude you should go a long way when you ask for help in your application.
2, Relatives in Canada only come into play when you are apply for Express Entry, to see if you qualify you would get 5 adaptibility points but they carry no weight in EE.
3. You can have your documents translated overseas, but they must be certified/notarized.

So, we are talking about translations only or about nostrification or equivalency?

Don't understand what you mean in your 1st answer. Problem is that meaning of "temporary" right now misses the point and rejects not only liberty but freedom as well. Explanation of "it means what it is" is huge mistake made up because of upcoming elections. This 4 in 4 out rule says that officer "may not" extend your WP. May not means he will not do it until we win. I know it works this way in countries where democracy rules but it is still cruel... I'm not forced to leave but I'm sorry to everyone who have had to leave and simply lost many years of his/her life. Temporary is state, after is permanently and I see it this way. Temporary is part of progress! It always was... until now.

Now I need answer to following question if somebody can help I'd appreciate it :-)

So I need Educational Credential Assessment, actually me as a principal applicant and my spouse as she is coming with me (we are already here by the way :D ). CIC shows some designated organizations. Each of them charge 200$+ for getting job done. I have Master's degree + 1 year post-diploma and my wife has the same. Both of us have 2 master's degree diplomas + 2 post-diploma certificates which we got at the University. Is that mean that we need to spend more than 800$ to get them all translated? :-X
