My friend works on a closed work permit with a gas station and has a score between 450-460.

Looking at the current scenarios and uncertainties, we were wondering if studying French and employer support for Francophone mobility program can assist in any way and if he can transition between these two work permits.

Any help and suggestions will be appreciated. TIA
