LMIA Refund

Hello everyone,
I just have a question in regards to lmia. My employer applied for lmia for me in april and I am waiting for result. I paid for lmia not my employer. If in case it gets rejected can it be refundable in case of rejection??

If anyone knows about timeline for lmia?? I checked it on cic website its 4 months max. But does that takes longer than that ??

That's not a maximum time. That's an estimate. Yes - it can take longer than 4 months.
