LMIA Position - is Ielts required or not ?

For LMIA positions, is IELTS a required one and if yes what is the minimum score required?
If it differs from state to state, what will be the required scores for every state ?

Will it be recommended to get in touch with the consultancies based out of Canada with regard to LMIA positions ?

Can you please help me with the above information ?
