I just created my EE profile but my LMIA points are not showing up in my profile. Some additional info:
  1. I'm already in Canada on a WP that was issued by this LMIA
  2. The LMIA is still valid, up to 2024
  3. Verified and the numbers on my profile and the original documents are matching

Does anyone know what I should do? Is this manually validated?

1. LMIA or LMIA exempt. NOC
2. DO you have an updated job letter stating you will have a permanent job one year past PR?

1. LMIA or LMIA exempt. NOC
The NOC code on my LMIA is: 2171 - Information systems analysts and consultants. This seems to be old (NOC 2011), but my LMIA was issued in nov/2022.

2. DO you have an updated job letter stating you will have a permanent job one year past PR?
This was not asked on their form. I don't even see where should I upload it in my EE profile. Can you elaborate on it?

1. So is it a LMIA or LMIA exempt permit?
2. Read the link for counting the 50 points https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

It requires an LMIA, which was issued last year when I came here.
I don't have a new job offer, just want to add the one I have to my EE profile.

Okay. So you didn’t work for the employer before you came to Canada, so it was not an inter-company transfer or LMIA exempt permit.

No, the LMIA is specific for them and I'm still working there.
Just need to understand why it's not adding points to my EE profile.

Ok. Never answered my question. LMIA and LMIA exempt permits are both employer specific. Did your employer file for a LMIA or LMIA exempt (were transferred, free trade agreement etc.)? If LMIA you are answering a question incorrectly.

My employer had to issue an LMIA for me, it was not exempt as far as I know. It took them 2ish months to do it.

Ok. You should know type of LMIA. So you are answering a question wrong if not LMIA exempt. If you are on a LMIA exempt permit then you are not eligible until you have a year of Canadian experience.

@scylla the only thing different is the NOC code, since I can't find the same NOC code on that form. Is there a translation from old to new ones? The weird thing is that my LMIA is recent but the code seems to be from the NOC 2011.
