Hi Guys! I'm a German citizen & wish to ask LMIA, I already contacted some employers. Can I ask you what is the best occupation for a successful/positive LMIA:
1) Italian Pizza Cook (Noc 6322)
2) German Baker (Noc 6332 B)

There is no generalized preference.

Whatever is

a) Needed desperately by an employer and they have a case that can be proved that employer tried but couldn't find locals with that experience.
b) You possess better qualification for it

Assuming employer can do both, if you have more formal certification / longer experience being Pizza Cook, you should go for that, otherwise the second one. NOC being same, it doesn't matter much difference from CIC or HRSDC 's perspective

I have 5 years full time experience as a Salesman. But I don't think it's enough suitable for a positive LMIA. Last year I've done 2 different courses. Pizza chef & Baker from different center (govt. authorized) 6/12 months & obtain certificate. And I'm doing weekend job on this two position. Just to be more expert. But no contract. I think now I'm able to convince any employer at this position job. If they really need someone to improve their business. So, is it enough to have a positive LMIA? Or I have to prepare more?

I can't tell you for sure. But i don't see how you can get hired as a Pizza Chef or baker if you haven't been doing that as a full time job and instead have been working in sales.

It might work because of a weekend job if you could provide proper evidence of that and have demonstrated proficiency in it.
