I received genuine job offer letter but the quiry is that my job offer is according to my cv by name ( Urvish bhikhabhai solanki)
And my acctual name is ( Urvishkumar bhikhabhai solanki )
Please tell me this mistak can be acceptable or not ??
Can creat some errors during visa prosess

How do you know it is genuine? Have you given any money or personal information?Do you have a legitimate LMIA with your job offer? A job offer is not enough. Ask your employer to change the job offer to your correct hame. Then employer files the LMIA and you wait. Once the employer has a positive LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit.

Don’t know because this is a Canadian immigration site and your ”job offer“ is with a European company in Europe. Ask on European immigration forums for their requirements.
