Hello friends!!

while claiming points In EE profile for having worked in Canada on a NOC - B level job for more than one year, do i need to provide LMIA or not??

EE says - Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (IF NEEDED).

Later it clarifies that your employer doesn,t need to provide LMIA if
  1. you have been working full-time for the employer on your work permit for at least 1 year (or an equal amount of part-time work)

Do i just need to mention my work experience without having to worry about LMIA or should i ask my employer to provide it??

If you are just claiming work experience (vs. claiming points for having a job offer), no LMIA is needed.

Means i need to provide LMIA if i wish to claim points for having an offer (in the category of "additional points" to be precise)

What if i am working with the same employer for over a year, and the job is also a continuous one with no expiry date. Still LMIA would be required??

It depends. What kind of work permit do you hold?

It's post-graduate work permit.

You need an approved LMIA if you want to claim the 50 job offer points since you are on an open work permit with no employer named.
