Lmia nd work permit processing time

Hi I m here in canada on visitor visa nd I got a lmia in noc b. my employer has sent the lmia application for approval last week.
1 can anybody tell me how much time ircc is taking nowadays for lmia result?
2 my stay of six month is going to over on 3 April, what should I do.
3 how much time is ircc taking for on-line workpermit application.
4 is there kind of emergency letter should attach for early lmia process. my employer did not attach. reply plz

1. 2-3 months
2. Extend visit visa
3. Another 4-6 months
4. No such thing.

So estimate 7-9 months (may be lowballing) for processing of both LMIA and work permit.
