My Employer Recieved Postive LMIA and I would like to Apply for Work Permit...Could anyone please guide me...

Occupation: Administrative Assistant NOC 1241
I have been in Canada on student visa for 3 yrs
Do I need to give Medicals Examination?
What all documents do I need to submit ?
