I posted this on Foreign workers group but got no response. I am posting in the Express Entry page to see if there is maybe someone who may answer this question.
My post grad work permit just expired and I haven’t got an ITA yet. I am trying to get an LMIA so I can secure 50 points for it. The thing is I am not seeing a lot of LMIA for my NOC but seeing a lot for food service supervisor for some reason. Is there any issue if I am able to secure an LMIA for a different NOC?
Also how does one qualify for an LMIA for dual intent? I qualify for CEC but my CRS score is too low. With an LMIA my score would be over 470.
Any information would be appreciated.
