LMIA for OWP holder

hi guys, quick question:
Can holder of OWP work obtain a LMIA. I mean, if now I'm working based on my PGWP, can my employer apply for LMIA, so I will get additional 50 points in express entry? Thank you in advance.

The employer can, but why would they waste their time and money when you legally are already able to work for them? It doesn't make sense and I doubt they will go through the trouble just to get you 50 more points for your application.
