LMIA for job in progress.

I've been working in Canada over a year in a job under Skill Level B and should be qualified for CEC.

I just wanted to inquire about how I would get an LMIA for a job I've been working this long. If there's any special criteria I have to meet oir a specific way to submit the forms in relation to that.

Your employer needs to follow the normal process to obtain an LMIA - including advertising the job. There is no special process because you already have the role.
