LMIA duration and steps

Dears
Can you please advice what is the LMIA duration and is it different from one position to another
My NOC is 131.
a) I would like to know how to track my request (site, phone,mail,..)?
b) How to know what is the needed documentation for the submission?
c) If their extra document needed, how SOC will update us?

LMIAs take anywhere from a few weeks to over four months to process.

1) You won't be able to track the application.
2) Your employer must follow the steps hereL http://www.esdc.gc.ca/en/foreign_workers/hire/median_wage/high/apply.page
3) Your employer who submitted the LMIA will be contacted.

to understand your last point correctly, the employer will be contacted in any case (new information needed, acceptance, rejection,
is there any follow up needed from the employer.
and does the duration depend on the NOC number.
as it took till now more than 2 months
