I need help or any advice if anyone through this situation before..
So, I am working under Lmia visa with my previous owner, and I didn't know there was a contract between us for applying lmia.
And in the contract says working hours should be 40 hrs a week which is full time.
But like I said I didn't know about the contract hours...
So I thought that I could just work 30 hrs a week because that's what defined as full time on cic website.
But immigration agency said that I had to follow hours from the contract when I apply my PR.
Some of the months that I worked with my previous boss aren't 40 hrs..(which is under 160hrs a month)
I'm not sure if I can use those month as a experience,
and I'm worried if immigration officer might reject my application cuz actual working hours and contract hours is different.
I honestly don't know how can I get through this situatiuon..
