I need some advise again.. I came to Canada on a visitor visa in July 2018... traveled for a bit and then decided to stay longer and try finding a job and got a job offer in July 2019 and the employer applied for a LMIA which was approved in October 2019 but I couldn’t apply for a work permit as My visitor visa extension was applied. So long story short, I got the extension in Feb and tried to get my WP at the POE and was asked to apply online.
I am now going to apply online for “Work Permit applied outside of Canada “. My concerns are:
- Is this an issue that I am inside Canada but applying from outside (India)
- Do I have to prove to the case officer that I will leave Canada at the end of my WP? And if yes, what documents can I submit to support this?
- My job experience in India ( Office Manager) is same as the offered job position ( Office Admin), can I still get rejected?
