LMIA and tourist visa

hello everyone

My good friend arranging LMIA from his business.
Can I put up TRV mentioning interview for that position as a purpose of visit .

The specific purpose of a TRV should be to visit Canada and although it would not be illegal once in the country to attend an interview not sure that any TRV application would succeed if that is stated as the purpose of a visit given it could be interpreted as some intention to stay.
