Hello , I am on PGWP. I am willing to go through LMIA application just wondering as I am already in canada and I am on PGWP does my employer need to pay $1000?

Also what are the documents requirments?

I try to read the cic website but I wasn't sure about the steps to apply for lmia. If anyone got time to explain to me I wil, really be grateful . .

P.s I am in the pool now and been working in my feild in ontario for a year now.

You can find information on Service Canada`s website.If your employer support only your PR application, then they do not have to pay $1000. If they support your PR and work permit also, then the $1000 is required.
