Need advice. I sponsored by husband August last year. Immigration ask for police record and any charges He had one criminal charge of Assaut of $300 of 2011. Will this be against him

You must provide this and yes it will show. Whether or not he is admissible is another question

It's almost certainly he'll have to go through the rehabilitation process before he can be sponsored.

He will need to go through Canada's rehabilitation process - this is something separate.

As long as you declared the criminal charge in his application, you should be fine. Processing may take a bit longer - but there shouldn't be any issue being approved.
