Living in ontario and working in Montreal

I hope you all doing great.

I recently got a job in Montreal, but I am working from home from Toronto. I have been living in toronto and also did my pg diploma in toronto. I only have 3 months experience so far. At the current situation will I be able to apply for CEC from Ontario once I met the 1 year exp? Can you suggest what is the best course of action.
