Living in Cairo, Sent Passport for Visa stamping to London Visa Office - How lon

Good day,

Appreciate if anybody can share his experience with the time required to return the passports from London Visa office to Cairo.

The passports were received by the London Visa office on April 30th, When should i expect the passport back?

The passport request was received 9 months after performing the medical test!! I have only 3 months for the medical test results to expire,, Any suggestions?
