live in caregiver urgent help

Hello everyone,
First I would like to say thank you to everyone that has input on this forum, its been helpful.

I have an urgent issue, my sister applied for the live in caregiver, they called her for the interview and after the interview they asked her to go buy prepaid envelope. They didn't give her medical form (though she applied online) and they didn't give her a refusal letter. They also collected her passport and all original documents from, this got me more worried. I'm just wondering if anyone has encountered this kind of thing before. Your response would be really appreciated. thanks

hi thanks for responding. she applied from Nigeria. I'm just not sure why they asked for her passport without the medical form given to her yet
