Live in caregiver requirements for opw and pr

Goodmorning!!!!! I am a live caregiver here in canada and my 2year working permit is about to expire on January 31,2014.. I need some help and what is the best thing to do? Can i submit my application for OWP and application even without my T4 for 2013. I only had the t4 for 2012 because i know that the start of filing tax for 2013 is on March 2014. Please help to my questions..thanks. Godbless

I red some in the forum but its dated oct 2012. Is it still updated till the present? All i want sir/madame if i can send the application even with out the T4 for 2013? Can i use just all the papers from option C? Thank you so much..thanks
