Live in caregiver processing times in Manila

Hello! Can anyone pleasw give me a time frame kung gano katagal ang processing ng work permit in the Philippines for a live in caregiver? I know there are lots of applicants from there so please give me an estimate. I checked the website it says 7 mos but I am not so sure about it kasi i saw another link from the website too saying it takes up to 20months, however this one was posted 2013 pa. Any applicants here from manila or cebu who can give me your timeline? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks! :-*
