My boyfriend and I are being together for almost two years now. We have all the proofs that we are living together as a commonlaw partner. My employers allowed me to live outside but they dont know that I am living with my boyfriend. We are both single and never been married. Is it safe to include my boyfriend when i submit my PR application even if it is noted in my contract that i have to live in my employer's house?

Thank you.

Hi Marlongarz,

Yes you can include him on your PR app as long as you have the proofs, that you've stated, of your common-law relationship.

BUT problem may arise on your living out situation with your employer.

I am certain that you know that the program requires you that you must stay and live with your employer while employed as a live-in caregiver.

In order to be granted a Permanent Resident Status, this setting is a must and is one of the questions stated here:

I recommend that you convey your thoughts with your present condition. :)

That is a violation of the program (live in). you will be disqualified "if get caught". Living together is not the only proof....joint bank account...joint tax filing...joint lease(you and your boyfriend signed it) some people have lease on apartments even though live in...thats for the weekends. IMO, use other proof.
