The VO will assess the capability of your employer to pay you. They may need his/hers CRA documents. They will count people staying in the house and may also ask for a floor plan. This is to determine that you have your own room as their LIC.
A friend got denied when she said she will be staying with her mother since the mother is the one who needs a caregiver. Her brother is her employer.
Also, review your notes on first aid regarding elderly care. Some VO throw these questions to check the applicant's knowledge of the job.
Good luck.
K3 said:Hmmm, that is a little odd. I personally know somebody who takes care of her mother (has early signs of dementia) and her employer is her brother. She has now applied for PR but she's still the caregiver of her mother. The POE officer gave her three years WP when she landed here whereas the visa officer gave her 6 months single entry TRV. So she has never renewed her WP but has since applied for a re-entry visa.
Thnx job_seeker, hopefully +ve response in this case to.....really appreciate your help, god bless u.....do you have any idea about interview question?......
thnx
