little help with fsw forms please....

hi,
i just have some doubts with filling out fsw cat 1 forms if someone can please clear them i will be very thankful.

1. on background declaration form, there are not enough rows for personal history,
can i simply add a blank sheet of paper, write the question number and write the remaining details there ???

or i can even copy the whole table into a new page and write details in there. is it ok ?

2. in some case i am being asked to write "NONE" in the box if doesnt apply to me but there are many boxes in the table. can i simply write none in the centre box or across the table.

3. in the family information form, i am being asked to write family members name in english and native language, but there is only one box, can i write both in the same box or make a copy of the page.

also the native language will it be the national langauge hindi or state langauge punjabi ?

all in all i just wanna know if they are not fussy about these things as long as i include all the details and they are able to understand it, dont wanna get my app returned for these silly things.

One thing, u can add a row below that and write with pen... if u need more space better u write complete history on a blank paper indicating point no. and highlighting "PERSONAL HISTORY"

Its state language(punjabi) and write them in one box only

The thing they are fussy about is that u should not leave any blanks and just be clear what u write.
