Little Confused need Help..(Leon)

Hi .............I just landed here in canada without my family (Wife+ 2 Kids) on 25th, Dec 2009. We all of the family members were medically examined and all of the immigration procedure were followed and documents submitted for me to get Visa. I also show proof of funds for all of my family members in pakistan and same as at the time of landing. They were not issued visas bec there fees for processing and residency were not deposited as they were not accompanying me to canda at that time. Now i am little confused that should i go for a regular procedure to show my one year income in canada, though i dont have a bank history here or i could sponsor them immediatelly by depositing there fees and their medicals are valid till july, 2010.

You don't need to prove income to sponsor your wife and kids. That's why you already had to show that you had enough funds for them too at the time you landed.

You will have to apply to sponsor them. It will take approximately 9 months so likely their medicals will expire and they will need new ones. The timelines for sponsoring spouses here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/05-fc-spouses.asp#asia but before your application can go to Pakistan, it will first spend around a month in Mississauga where they will make sure you qualify as a sponsor, not bankrupt on on welfare etc.

My wife is preganant and delievery is expected in May, 2010. What if I sponsor them in June or july, 2010 with an addition of new family member.Can i sponsor them at the same grounds with an additional family member in July 2010. Though hopefully i will be working meanwhile but still it will not be 1 year period completed to show my income or tax report. What is your recommendation?

You can sponsor them in June or July 2010 with an addition of new family member. As I said, you do not need to prove income to sponsor your spouse and dependent children.
