Working on my out land application for my American husband. He has no children of his own. His first wife had 3 children from her previous relationship, who are all grown adults. The oldest was incarcerated off and on, and my husband hasn't had contact with him since we have been married. (15 years). Does he have to list these grown adults if we have no intention of every sponsoring any of them to come to Canada?
You help is greatly appreciated.

As they are not his biological children and assuming he didn't adopt them, his legal relationship with them was severed when he divorced their mother. They are not family members.
