Hi,
I am applying for my spouse's OWP and I have attached the following documents till now :
1. IMM5710 - Application to change, extend my stay in Canada as a worker
2. Proof of Payment
3. Photocopies of passport pages
4. Photocopy of marriage certificate.
I am a PR holder under the FSW program and working full time in Ontario.
Further in the OWP checlist, they have asked "If you are the spouse or the common law partner of an open work permit holder or a skilled worker i.e. post graduate work permit, working holiday work permit, bridging open work permit under federal skilled worker class, federal skilled trades class or caregiver class (caring for children class or caring for people with high medical needs class), please provide:"
1. employment letter
2. last 3 pay stubs
3. copy of primary foreign workers owp.
I am not sure If I come under this category or not.
please help!
