anyone knows what are the universities and colleges of Canada don't ask for application fee?

Well it depends. If you're applying through a consultant, they must be having tie-ups with some colleges and hence wont ask for application fees. Otherwise, I guess most of the colleges and universities do ask for application fees ranging between $50-$150.
