Thanks ........

It seems fine.

Just add copies of passports of each member.

If you work in foreign country, you also need to provide legal status.

Good luck,

thanks a lot for your reply... I have planned to send copy used pages of passport.
•Passports or travel documents for you, your spouse or common-law partner and your dependent children. (Only used pages)

Hi, do we have to send the IELTS copy to NS ? Its confusing. On the form it says attach a copy and then in guidelines it says not to send any documents ?

also, in India, would a one and a half year training in a software company be termed as apprenticeship ? would it come under work or education ? The company is willing to give a letter stating that mr X was an apprentice and list out in brief what was learnt and what was involved in the work. ( hoping to score points for my spouse (husband) in adaptability. high school (12yrs)+ 1 and a half years apprenticeship = 3 points !

thanks

Hi :
Sorry to use ur thread to ask a question related to ur question.
U said that u will send copies of the used pages in ur passports and ur family passports......Is that required for the London office???
cuze as I understood, they asked for the copies of the passports number, date of issue and expiry, photo, name, date and place of birth. only those papers.....
so, from where did u get ur information about copies of all used pages??????

thx

Louay

Why these ?

Greetings ,
Just a note :
you need to send PCC in Stage 2 & Stage 3 .
You will be asked to submit PCC 2 times , one at this time with the documents and other again the updated one when you do fingerprinting . So do send PCC at this stage . Try to send all documents in one complete packet .

About Educational Certificates :
1. Do evaluate your degrees from WES ( Website : http://www.wes.org/ca/index.asp )
It just takes 7 days though other rush services are also available .
It will make your case strong and presentable if your marksheets / degrees are evaluated by WES
and you attach an original evaluation report along with your supporting documents .
IMPORTANT : Use WORLD EDUCATION SERVICES ( WES ) for Canada one and not US
Website : http://www.wes.org/ca/index.asp

Regards and Best of Luck

4.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND PASSPORTS
•Passports or travel documents for you, your spouse or common-law partner and your dependent children. Include only copies of pages showing:
•the passport number,
•date of issue and expiry,
•your photo, name, date and place of birth.
•If you live in a country different from your nationality, include a photocopy of your visa for the country where you currently live.
•You must hold a valid regular passport; diplomatic, official, service or public affairs passports are not valid for immigration to Canada.

As per my understanding, we need to send copy of all pages used in our passport...

same link, page 3

2.
IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS
•Birth, marriage, final divorce, annulment or separation certificates for you and your spouse or common-law partner. If married previously more than once, include certificates from each and every marriage and divorce you, your spouse or common-law partner have had.
•Death certificate for former spouse or common-law partner, if applicable.
•If you have a common-law partner, complete and include the Declaration of common-law union (IMM 5409) and provide evidence that you have cohabitated with your partner for a period of at least 12 continuous months and the following documents listing both your names:
•copies of joint bank account statements,
•copies of leases,
•utility bills etc.

Pooja read carefully .
If u have a common in law partner then only u r req to send all those utility bills etc.
Abt passport no need to send all used sheets.

documents required by every visa office are different..
pooja, looking at your list of documents i think you are not from london office..
the only reason why i applied from dubai and not mumbai.. is that the documents required by london office are less in number and comparatively less hassle

regards,
sagar

To me its Seems fine.
again as some of the members said, Check your visa office specific instructions.
Every office has similar and sometimes dissimilar set of requirements.

Again, Please check the visa office spec instructions guide for your CHC.

If it was Singapore, I'd say Perfect. But its not CHC Singapore.
