I have got admission in centennial collage,
now looking forward for documentation process.
so here is my confusion

can i show my Property Evaluation reports (Home + Agriculture Land) in terms of Liquid cash instead of bank balance ? or bank statements are mandatory?
As well as can i show my uncle's Provident Funds in these list??

Kindly follow this guide to make sure you are showing exactly what is required.

Only liquid assets (i.e., those that can be quickly converted to cash) qualify. The whole point of having to prove sufficient funds is being able to demonstrate that you have sufficient cash reserves on hand to support yourself financially without difficulty, to include housing/utilities/food/medical expenses/etc., in addition to the actual tuition expenses. This means they want to see either CASH, traveler's check, bank drafts that you carry with you, or recent bank statements for chequing/savings/current accounts that are IN YOUR OWN NAME or that of your sponsor and that you have personal and direct control over.

Real estate holdings, interest in business ownership, etc. will not qualify. "Proof of funds" means ACTUAL funds, not POTENTIAL funds. Cash is ACTUAL. You have it, and can spend it, NOW. A car or a home may be WORTH money, but until they have actually been SOLD, their value cannot actually be SPENT, and therefore they DO NOT meet the criteria for "Proof of Funds."

you or your sponsor should show enough liquid funds to cover your tuition+living expenses while studying.
Property Evaluation is good as a support only IMO

but i'm already going to pay first semester tuition fees as well as paying 10280$ in GIC for living expenses of first year.
still need to show some funds in bank?

well you need to show enough liquid funds for your 2nd sem tuition. CIC Rules says at least 1 year tuition + 10,000 in living expenses. And it wouldn't hurt to show enough money to last for your whole program. If your program is two years then it will be safer if you show enough funds for two years.

okay. so what if i put around 6-7 lacks in bank temporary at least?
i mean i will keep those cash for 1 month, until i got positive result of visa.
is it fine?

I'm not sure how much 6 or 7 lakhs are, but your bank account statement must be at least 4 months old at the time of your application. One month is a short time
