Linking sponsor file on gckey

Im trying to add our spousal sponsor file under my husbands GCkey account but its not allowing me to do that. I have my side under my gckey but would love to be able to see mail and updates on his side as well.. please help

Is your husband the sponsor? GCKey is only for the Principal Applicant (or their representative)... it's only ECAS that can be used by both the PA and the sponsor.

Yes he is the sponsor. Ah ok perfect, makes sense. Thank you for your response.
