Linking application to GCkey

I hope someone has clear instructions on how to do this... I'm following the weblink to link my application (sponsoring my parents) to my GCKey but whenever I log in to my GCKey, it just takes me back to the standard immigration webpage. Has anyone been able to figure this out? Even the weblink for "link you paper application" on this page (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html) doesn't go anywhere helpful...

You should try different browser. I have that problem with Safari but fine with Firefox.
You could also register another account, and see the problem comes with the new account.

I had a browser problem with this too. I stuck with IE to make my life easier.

Regarding linking, I was told the following by a CIC agent over the phone:
Only the principal applicant can link the PR application. the sponsor cannot do it.

The PR application can only be linked once.

USE IRCC receipt NO. + other DOB etc it worked v good in the past,
