Lifeguard / Social Media Relations

Hello,

With my post grad work permit, I've been working as a lifeguard for the past 1 year, and as of this January, I was promoted to the position of Social Media relations / Public Relations position (20 hours per week) while still working a couple of hours as a lifeguard (10 hours).

My question is:

How would enter this in an Express Entry profile? Should I create two separate, current occupations? or should I just stick with the public relations position?
