LICO for Super Visa

Hello

I am originally from Karachi Pakistan and in Toronto since Oct 2012 as a permanent resident. I am looking to apply the supervisa for my mother in Karachi and as mentioned on the CIC website , the LICO for two people is $29,440 as you can see from link below

I just need to clarify whether the LICO mentioned on CIC website is the Gross Income?? Will appreciate feedback

Are you self employed or an employee? LICO is based on the line 150 of the Option C - Total Income.

I am an employee...


Also will they check LICO table for 2013 or 2014 when my mother applies for super visa in March 2014?? Since I would be showing annual income for last tax year (2013) being the sponsor?

There's usually very slight difference in LICO of two consecutive years. They will look at the current LICO, i.e. it will be 2014.
