I have refugee card from UN and I wish if I can go to Canada I'm girl from Libya living in Indonesia now with my mom and little brothers as you know in Indonesia its not allowed to work so we are suffering here I already have refugee card may be you can help me pleas

You'll have to speak with UNHCR. UNHCR has to refer you for resettlement in Canada.

Unfortunately you cannot apply to Canada directly. You must be referred by UNHCR.
