I have provided original certification of settlement funds, but I don't have any assests. The Document checklist has this category and I have to check it, even if I don't any assests or liabilities or any documents to support this. What can I do?

Should I leave the check box blank? The instruction say I HAVE to provide ALL docs in the list.

Does that mean your settlement funds are borrowed?

No. My settlement fees are mine and ready.

The problem is how do I prove that I don't have any assests (lands, etc.) or liabilities? Or do I just leave this blank and NOT check it on the Document Checklist?

If u don't have assets, you can leave the check box blank and write NA beside it.

Assets also includes cash at banks. So if the settlement funds are yours, you should include your bank statements and check the box.

Thanks for the reply guys. I think I'll go with Mitali's suggestion, as I don't have the time to get a bank statement.

OFF TOPIC: they're so picky with the size of envelope! does it have to be that size exactly?!?

That is the required size but if your docs needs more space then you don't have any choice, do you? Your applications will not be rejected on this basis...for sure.

As I know, the Document Checklist has been changed and you don't have to prove that you have settlement funds with properties any more. Now we only have to prove that we have enough money on the bank.
