Can you please let me know
Which program we should go for?
One is Ontario Govt. Approved
And other is board of director approved
Like is there any big difference between both of them
Does the 2nd one create any issue during the application of work permit?

We don't know what you mean by approved. Please post the name of the courses and the colleges (how many years too), but at the end of the day it is your own choice.

You are talking about studying and then getting a work permit? You may be able to work off campus for a max of 20 hours, which would not require you to get a work permit.

Human Resource Management (Ontario Government Approved)
Supply Chain Management (Board of Director approved)
Both are for two semesters
I am almost done with IBM for 1 year.

So both are for one year then? Which college? is college public or private? Both courses (going by the title) are two completely different courses, so it depends what one you want to do. If you are wanting a PGWP at the end of it I would suggest going for a 2 year course instead of one.

Actually I am already done with one year program I just need to do another an year program
All my concern is to know about does the approval level of courses matter?
St. Clair college

The course just has to be an enhancement to your education and relevant. I don't think the approval matters. Did you have a one year study visa? You would have to extend that to take the other course.
