Level of Education - Express Entry.

Hello folks,

This forum has helped me a lot from getting admission to becoming PR. Now, it's turn for my younger brother. Does anyone know the number of points awarded to an Express entry applicant with 4 years Bachelors degree in IT and 1 year of Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications? I'm confused about the option 'Two or more certificates, diploma or degrees....' while doing his assessment in CRS tool.
